PIR Aluminium Ductwork

PIR Aluminium Ductwork serve as core high-performance components for modern HVAC ventilation systems.

Constructed with a premium sandwich structure combining double-sided aluminium foil and rigid PIR foam core, this integrated duct solution fully replaces conventional galvanized steel ducts that require separate on-site insulation work.

It streamlines construction procedures, cuts overall project costs and delivers superior thermal insulation, airtightness and structural stability.

Production and Installation of PIR Aluminium Ductwork

 

Two production technologies are applied to fabricate PIR Aluminium Ductwork: industrial continuous foaming in workshop and field spray foaming.

 

Factory-manufactured boards maintain uniform density across the entire panel and strict dimensional precision, which fully meets the requirements of standardized mass production and unified construction standards.

 

Field spray foaming technology is specially designed for non-standard pipelines and complex building structures. The sprayed PU foam adheres seamlessly to the base surface without forming any insulation dead areas. This core merit distinguishes it from other insulation materials and cannot be substituted.

 

In terms of installation performance, the material exhibits great workability. Its flexible texture allows easy cutting and processing, eliminating the need for heavy professional equipment. The whole installation process can be independently completed by one worker. Furthermore, the board has powerful adhesive force. It forms a durable bond with color steel panels, iron sheets, cement mortar and other base materials, with strong resistance to peeling and detachment throughout the service life.
