How to make PID HVAC Straight Ducts?
1.Tracing:Outline duct shapes on the panel.
2.Cutting: Make a 45 miter cut along the edge of the duct.
3.Gluing: Apply glue on the external sides.
4.Folding:Bend panels along scored lines to form ducts.
5.Taping: Seal seams of the duct with aluminum foil tape for airtightness.
6.Gluing:Apply glue to the connection on the flange and the duct.
7.Place the steel angle bracket.
8.Reinforcement:Install PVC or aluminum flanges on four sides.
9.Sealing: Apply silicone sealant tocritical joints for added durability.
