Phenolic Pre-insulated Ductwork System is a modern, energy-efficient alternative to traditional sheet metal ducts. It consists of a rigid phenolic foam core bonded between two layers of aluminum foil, creating a complete air duct that is both the structural airway and the thermal insulation in one product.

Weighing up to 72% less than insulated sheet metal, it is easier to handle and requires less structural support. It combines duct and insulation into one step, and sections up to 4 meters long reduce on-site assembly time.

The closed-cell foam core and aluminum facers make it waterproof and resistant to fungal and mold growth, ensuring long-term durability.

Environmental Sustainability:
