Details
The Round Diffuser is a key air supply terminal in HVAC systems. Made of aluminum alloy with adjustable louvers, it evenly distributes air. Its core function is mixed ventilation: by fully mixing indoor and supplied air, it eliminates temperature gradients and dead zones, keeping the temperature difference in the comfort zone ≤ 1.5℃.

Round Diffuser Structural Design


Material: Made of aluminum alloy (with a thickness of 0.8 - 1.2mm), and the surface undergoes powder coating or anodizing treatment, featuring corrosion resistance.
Airflow Regulation: Equipped with standard detachable single - layer/double - layer blades, supporting radial air supply (adjustable from 0° to 90°), with a wind speed range of 0.5 - 2.5m/s.
Noise Reduction Design: Integrated with a silent damper, the operating noise is ≤25dB(A), meeting ISO acoustic standards.

The circular design guarantees an uniform radial discharge in supply air applications.
* They can be used both for supply and return applications.
* They are suitable for using in rooms with heights up to 4m(A,B,C designs), 6m(D design). 8M(H
design)
* Material: They are made of aluminum sheet.
* Accessories: Damper ( butterfly damper in plastic or steel manual control; radial-shape damper
screw control.)
* Mounting: Screw type.
* Finishing: White powder coating Ral9016, Ral9010, or customized color. Anodized.
