Zinc-coated Steel Angle Bracket Description

Zinc-coated Steel Angle Bracket

Zinc-coated Steel Angle Bracket

The Zinc-coated Steel Angle Bracket for UNT Duct Board Tools is a supporting structural component specifically designed for processing and installation scenarios of ventilation duct panels (such as PU/PIR foam pre-insulated duct panels, phenolic foam air ducts, etc.). It is used to enhance the support strength at duct corners, ensuring the stability and durability of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system pipelines. Made of high-quality galvanized steel and integrated with UNT tools' standardized processes, the product provides reliable structural connection solutions.

Zinc-coated Steel Angle Bracket Core Features

1. Material and Process

 Main Material: Made of Q235 carbon steel, with a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment. The coating thickness is ≥90g/sq.m, and it passes a salt spray test of ≥48 hours, offering excellent rust and corrosion resistance. Suitable for humid environments (such as kitchens, basements, or outdoor scenarios).

 Structural Design: 90° right-angle structure complies with the cutting and assembly standards of UNT duct board tools, ensuring fast and precise installation.

2. Specifications and Load-Bearing Capacity

 Conventional Dimensions:

Side Length: 20×20mm, 30×30mm, 40×40mm (larger specifications can be customized);

Thickness: 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.0mm, compatible with duct boards of different thicknesses (e.g., 20-50mm thick PU/PIR foam pre-insulated duct panels).

 Load-Bearing Capacity: The vertical load-bearing capacity of a single bracket can reach 50-150kg (specifically dependent on specifications and installation methods), meeting the support requirements for small and medium-sized ventilation ducts.

3.Adaptability and Compatibility

 Compatibility with UNT Tools: Can be used with UNT brand duct board cutters, PVC PROFILE tools, etc., to ensure matching with the cutting dimensions of the panels.

 Universal Compatibility: Compatible with mainstream PU/PIR foam pre-insulated duct panels and phenolic foam air ducts in the market. Suitable for right-angle connections, T-junctions, or pipeline hanger fixing of rectangular air ducts.

Core Functions

Structural Support: Used at duct corners (such as 90° elbows) or pipeline segment connections to prevent panel deformation caused by self-weight or air pressure, enhancing system stability.

Quick Connection: Fixed to duct boards via bolts, rivets, or UNT special clamps, reducing on-site welding or complex processing and improving installation efficiency.

Sealing Assistance: Used in conjunction with sealant or aluminum foil tape to enhance airtightness at connections and reduce air leakage loss.
