Basic Structure: It is a sandwich structured panel. The core is polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, which is a closed-cell insulating material. The two outer layers are aluminum sheets or aluminum foils.

Superior insulation and significant energy conservation: The core PIR foam core material has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.018 W/m · K, with a closed-cell rate of 96%. Its insulation and heat insulation effect is more than 2.5 times that of traditional galvanized iron sheet + glass wool air ducts.

Safe and fireproof, with strong compliance: It adopts A composite structure of "A1-grade metal sheet on the surface layer + B1-grade PIR foam as the core material". When exposed to fire, the core material forms a dense carbonized layer without molten droplets, with low smoke toxicity and emission, meeting the GB 8624-2012 B1-grade fire protection standard. Some models of air ducts can reach the non-combustible A-grade standard.

High air tightness, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion: With the support of dedicated connection accessories, the air tightness is more than 8 times that of traditional iron sheet air ducts, effectively preventing energy loss and the intrusion of outside air.

Stable structure and excellent mechanical properties: The bending strength of the sheet reaches 3600kPa, the compressive strength is 153kPa, and the maximum pressure resistance is 4500Pa, far exceeding the standards of ordinary composite air ducts.

Lightweight and highly efficient, easy to install: Weighing only 1.35kg/m², it is over 90% lighter than traditional iron sheet air ducts - 14,000 square meters of air ducts made of PIR material weigh only 16 tons, while traditional air ducts weigh 188 tons.

Broad-spectrum temperature resistance and long service life: The operating temperature range covers -265 ℃ to 205℃, making it suitable for low-temperature scenarios such as cold storage and LNG equipment, as well as high-temperature ventilation systems.

Green and environmentally friendly, with high compatibility standards: It adopts full water foaming technology, does not contain ozone-depleting substances such as CFCs and HCFCs, and has a formaldehyde emission of 0. It has passed the low-carbon acceptance of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of China and ISO-14001 environmental certification.

 

Composite structure: With flame-retardant B1 grade PIR foam as the core material, both sides are covered with A1 grade black aluminum foil or metal sheets to form a rigid integrated panel, with a density of approximately 52-55 kg/m³.

 

Core performance: Outstanding heat preservation, with heat loss controllable within 2%. The air tightness is 8 times that of traditional air ducts, and the closed-cell structure has a water absorption rate of less than 1%, which can effectively prevent condensation and resist corrosion.
