Core performance characteristics of PIR Air Duct Smooth Aluminum Panel
Base material performance: PIR (polyisocyanurate) is a derivative of polyurethane, with a fire resistance rating of GB 8624-2012 B1 grade, an oxygen index of ≥32, no melting and dripping at high temperatures, and low smoke toxicity.
The function of the aluminum foil layer: The double-sided smooth aluminum foil (thickness ≥0.06mm or 0.08mm) forms a sealed protective layer, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.5μm, preventing dust adhesion and blocking air penetration at the same time.
