PIR Ducting Panel is an integrated ventilation duct board. It features high-density PIR foam as the core insulation layer, with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion surface layers (e.g., aluminum foil, color steel) laminated on both sides, and is made via a special molding process. Specifically designed for AC and fresh air systems, it combines insulation, moisture resistance, fire resistance and structural support. Compared with the traditional "duct + insulation layer" structure, it upgrades ventilation systems to be lighter, more modular and energy-efficient, making it a top choice for modern building ventilation projects.

1. Four-Layer Composite Structure Design

Inner Layer (Airflow Contact Surface): Uses 0.08-0.2mm thick aluminum foil (with optional antibacterial property). It can meet the needs of special scenarios such as clean rooms and effectively reduces airflow noise and energy loss.Core Material (Insulation Layer): High-density PIR foam with a density stably controlled at 50kg/m³ and a high closed-cell rate. It prevents insulation failure caused by air penetration, significantly improves the bending strength of the board, and the bending strength can reach 2MPa.Outer Layer (Protective Layer): Has a water absorption rate as low as 0.1%, a compressive strength of 0.25MPa, and a maximum operating temperature of 70-80℃. It can be directly exposed in building interlayers without additional protection, and is suitable for various installation environments.2. Integrated Molding Process

Adopts a fully automated production line of "continuous foaming + lamination compounding + online cutting" to realize customized production of boards. The standard sizes cover specifications such as 3950/2950/2900×1200mm, and the thickness can be selected as 10-40mm according to needs. The cutting precision error is strictly controlled to ensure installation adaptability. Relying on this process, the daily supply capacity of products can reach 5,000 square meters, and it can stably meet the delivery requirements of the international market.

No. Unlike traditional steel ducts (which need separate insulation layers like fiberglass), PIR pre-insulated panels are factory-insulated with integrated facing. This eliminates the need for secondary insulation work, saving time and labor.
