Smooth aluminum foil PIR foam duct board is a composite insulation board specially designed for air conditioning and ventilation systems. Its core is composed of high thermal resistance PIR (polyisocyanurate) foam, and both sides are composite with smooth aluminum foil surface layers, featuring insulation, leak prevention and easy cleaning.
Its PIR foam core layer has a low thermal conductivity (usually ≤0.022 W/(m · K)), and its insulation efficiency is superior to that of traditional EPS and PU materials, effectively reducing the cold/heat loss of air ducts. The double-sided smooth aluminum foil not only has strong sealing performance, preventing air leakage and condensation water penetration, but also features corrosion resistance and easy wiping, making it suitable for clean environments.
This product is mainly used for the production of air supply and return air ducts in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, data centers and other scenarios. It can significantly shorten the construction period and balance safety and energy conservation.
