 Is a high-performance building insulation material. It is manufactured using a polyisocyanate foaming process and features a high closed-cell rate and low thermal conductivity. Technically, it is an upgraded form of rigid polyurethane material. By incorporating isocyanurate ring structures, it achieves three key breakthroughs-enhanced structural strength, improved thermal insulation performance, and superior fire safety-while maintaining its lightweight property. It is widely used in building exterior walls, roofs, cold storage facilities, and industrial installations, effectively boosting energy efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Extreme Thermal Insulation & Energy EfficiencyThermal conductivity as low as 0.022W/(m·K), far superior to traditional materials such as rock wool (0.040W/(m·K)) and XPS boards (0.030W/(m·K)).Significantly improves space utilization.

High-Grade Fire Resistance & SafetyCan meet flame-retardant standards through formula optimization. Only local carbonization occurs during combustion, with no melting drops or flame spread.

Durability & Construction AdaptabilityThe closed-cell structure provides excellent moisture resistance, with a water absorption rate ≤ 1%. The attenuation rate of thermal insulation performance is less than 5% during long-term use.

Easy ConstructionSupports on-site cutting or prefabrication. It can be made into complex shapes such as straight pipes, elbow, and tees.
