1. Tracing lines on duct panels as required.
2. Cut panels with dedicated UNT cutting tools.
3. Spread adhesive along bonding positions.
4. Fold and bond panels to form standard duct profile.
5. Seal all joints with aluminum foil tape.
6. Coat adhesive on connecting areas of duct and flanges.
7. Fit steel angle brackets into position.
8. Mount flanges around four duct peripheries.
9. Add adhesive on four inner edges for structural reinforcement.
