Pre-insulated PU Sheet is a high-performance HVAC composite panel with a closed-cell PU foam core (λ≤0.022W/m·K) and aluminum foil facings. It integrates insulation, structure & protection, featuring lightweight, airtight, moisture-proof & easy installation, ideal for energy-efficient duct systems.

1. Core Material:
Hard Polyurethane (PU) foam, density 40–50 kg/m³, closed-cell ratio ≥ 95%, thermal conductivity 0.018–0.022 W/(m・K).
Surface Layer: Double-sided composite aluminum foil (60 μm) or color steel plate, enhancing strength, moisture resistance and reflective insulation.
Specification: Thickness 10/15/20/25/30/40 mm; Standard plate 3950×1200 mm, customizable.
