They combine thermal insulation, air distribution, and structural protection in a single, efficient solution, becoming a mainstream choice for modern building projects.

Core Structure & Key Specifications

Structure: Adopts a sandwich design-closed-cell polyurethane (PU) foam as the core (thickness: 10–40mm) and protective facings (aluminum foil, aluminum sheets, or pre-painted GI sheets) bonded to both sides.

Key Metrics: Thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/m·K, foam density of 50 kg/m³, water absorption ≤0.1%, and working temperature range of -60℃ to +80℃ (continuous operation ≤70℃). It meets airtightness standards (leakage <2%) and fire ratings like Class B (EN 13501-1) or Class 0 (BS 476).

Yes, free small sample pieces can be sent out. You just need to pay the express fee.

(2) How many sheets can put in one 40ft container?
40ft container usually can load 660 sheets of size 3950*1200*20mm, or 880 sheets of size 2950*1200*20mm.

(3) What is your delivery date, and from which sea port?
For one 40ft container, we can usually delivery it within one week after receiving the deposit.
We usually ship it from Xiamen Port, China, which is in Fujian Province.
