Pre-insulated PU Foam Sheet adopts rigid closed-cell polyurethane foam core with aluminum foil facing. It features ultra-low thermal conductivity, lightweight, waterproof and high strength, widely used in HVAC, building insulation and cold chain engineering.

Moisture-proof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant properties of Pre-insulated PU Foam Sheet

Thanks to its ultra-high closed-cell structure, the board has an extremely low water absorption rate, possessing natural moisture-proof and waterproof capabilities. It is not prone to mold growth due to moisture and will not lose its insulation performance due to water vapor intrusion.

The surface aluminum foil coating can resist acids and alkalis, aging, corrosion, and is resistant to water vapor and mold. It is suitable for damp basements, machine rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and coastal high-salt spray environments.

Long-term use will not result in delamination, powdering, or deformation, and its performance stability far exceeds that of ordinary insulation boards.

It is pre-formed as a whole, without the need for secondary composite on-site. The board size is regular and the flatness is high. It is an integrated basic material for heating ventilation ducts, building insulation, and cold chain engineering.

Mechanical Strength and Dimensional Stability of Pre-insulated PU Foam Shee

The density of the PU foaming core material is controlled at 35–45 kg/m³. It has excellent compressive and flexural properties, strong load-bearing and deformation resistance. During construction and subsequent use, it is unlikely to collapse or crack. After the board is matured, its dimensional stability is extremely good. It is not prone to shrinkage, expansion, or warping under changes in temperature and humidity. It is suitable for large-scale laying and duct joint installation. The sealing performance of the joints is better, and the overall engineering forming effect is regular and durable.
