Pre-insulated aluminum PIR ductwork refers to a type of HVAC duct system made from sandwich panels. These panels consist of a rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core, which is factory-bonded to aluminum facings on both sides. This integrated design combines air conveyance, thermal insulation, and a vapor barrier in a single product.
