Polyisocyanurate(PIR) Foam Pre-Insulated HVAC Ductwork Panel is a high-performance, all-in-one solution designed for modern heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The Piralu PIR duct adopts an integrated composite structure. The surface layer is reinforced aluminum foil, providing air tightness, moisture barrier, and surface strength; the core material is modified PIR closed-cell foam, with uniform density and stable mechanical properties.
This design integrates the three functions of "duct + insulation + protection" into one, avoiding the problems such as gaps, detachment, and cold bridges caused by traditional layered construction of ducts.
The materials have a wide temperature tolerance range and good chemical stability. They are not prone to corrosion or deformation in humid and acidic or alkaline environments, and their long-term performance degrades slowly.
