PIR Pre-insulated Ducting System

Our PIR (Polyisocyanurate) pre-insulated duct system is an all-in-one integrated HVAC air duct solution, fully replacing traditional two-step galvanized iron duct construction (metal fabrication + separate on-site insulation wrapping).

It adopts a sandwich composite panel structure:

double-sided high-strength aluminum foil facings bonded with rigid closed-cell PIR foam core in factory production. The panel combines air tightness, vapor barrier, structural support and high-performance thermal insulation into one finished sheet. With a full set of matching PVC profiles, aluminum flanges, hand tools and accessories, the complete system supports fast on-site cutting, bending and assembly to form complete air duct networks.

(1) Outstanding Energy Saving & Thermal Performance

PIR foam features ultra-low thermal conductivity of only 0.020 W/m·K, the top tier among common insulation materials. Its high closed-cell structure greatly reduces heat loss/heat gain during air delivery, cutting HVAC energy consumption by 20–30% compared with metal ducts with rubber plastic insulation. The integrated aluminum foil acts as a built-in vapor barrier, eliminating extra separate vapor barrier installation. Low water absorption (0.36%) avoids condensation, dripping and mold growth hidden in insulation gaps of metal duct systems.

Our PIR panels achieve BS476 Class 0 fire rating, with excellent self-extinguishing performance, low smoke emission and no molten dripping under flame.
