PIR Duct Panel

The core material is modified polyisocyanurate (PIR) closed-cell foam, with 60-200 microns aluminum foil/aluminum plate compounded on both sides, and the density reaches 50-55kg/m³. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.018-0.022 W/(m · K), and the insulation effect is more than twice that of traditional glass wool. A thickness of 20mm can meet the national energy-saving standards. The closed-cell rate is over 98%, and the water absorption rate is ≤0.1%, completely eliminating the growth of condensation water and mold. ​

UNT PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel consist of 20mm thickness closed cell PIR insulation foam and 60 micron thickness aluminum foil.

UNT Aluminum foil is embossed on both sides and coated with a 2g/㎡ layer of corrosion-resistant epoxy varnish paint.

UNT PIR Air Duct Panel has a high performance insulating material with excellent thermal resistance and fire resistance. This kind of material has a wide range of applications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Duct) systems. It is a kind of fireproof duct board.

UNT can also manufacture other thickness of PID duct panel, such as 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm etc. Aluminum foil can also be available in other thickness.

The weight of a single square meter is only 1.4 kilograms, which is 80% lighter than traditional iron sheet air ducts. The modular design increases the installation efficiency by 50% and eliminates the need for additional insulation processes. The air tightness is eight times that of traditional air ducts. Over a 30-year life cycle, it can reduce operational energy consumption by more than 20%, and the overall cost savings are significant. ​

It does not contain CFCs/HCFCs, has passed the low-carbon and environmental protection certification, and has been awarded the title of "Recommended Brand for Building Energy Conservation". The size of the panels can be customized (up to 3.95m×1.2m), with a cutting loss rate of less than 5%, in line with the concept of sustainable construction.
