Polyurethane (PU) Foam Pre-Insulated HVAC Ductwork Panel
PIR (Polyisocyanurate) pre-insulated air duct panel is a rigid sandwich panel. The core is high-density closed-cell PIR foam, and both sides are bonded with aluminum foil (or optional GI sheet). It is designed to replace traditional galvanized steel duct + external insulation (such as fiberglass or rock wool) in HVAC air distribution systems.
