PIR Pre-insulated Duct System

PIR pre-insulated duct system is a modern type of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) ductwork designed to efficiently transport conditioned air throughout a building. Its core feature is that the insulation is built into the duct's structure, eliminating the need to add it later.

What is it Made Of?

The system is built from composite panels with a sandwich structure:

Core (The Insulator): A rigid foam made of Polyisocyanurate (PIR). This foam is known for its excellent thermal properties and is often manufactured with environmentally friendly blowing agents that do not harm the ozone layer.

Facings (The Protective Layers): Both sides of the foam core are bonded to a protective layer, most commonly aluminum foil. For added durability, especially in outdoor applications, the facing can be a thicker aluminum sheet or pre-painted galvanized steel.

Superior Thermal Insulation:
