PI Duct Panel
PI (Pre-insulated) Duct Panel is an integrated composite panel for HVAC duct systems, featuring a rigid closed-cell foam core (PIR/PU/Phenolic) faced with aluminum foil on both sides.
It combines structural support, thermal insulation, and airtightness in one unit, delivering ultra-low thermal conductivity (0.018–0.02 W/m·K), excellent fire resistance, and lightweight performance.
It enables fast on-site cutting and assembly, eliminates extra insulation wrapping, reduces air leakage, cuts energy loss, and shortens construction cycles, widely used in commercial, industrial, and residential ventilation projects.
