PIP Aluminum Sheet

PIR is a hard foam material made of polyisocyanurate. It is formed by the polymerization and foaming of isocyanate and polyester polyol under high temperature and high ratio conditions. Its molecular structure has a high cross-linking density and a stable cyclic structure, which is different from ordinary PU polyurethane sheets.

 

The production adopts a continuous foaming composite process, with double-sided composite aluminum foil, galvanized steel plate and other surface layers. It is formed in one step and bonded firmly, with an extremely high closed-cell rate of the board, and a dense structure that is not prone to water absorption and deformation.

 

Compared with PU, PIR has a higher isocyanate index, a thermal stability temperature of over 200℃, a more stable chemical structure, and is less prone to aging and decomposition. It is a high-end insulation base material in the HVAC field.

Insulation performance of PIR HVAC Panel

The core advantage of PIR HVAC panels lies in their extremely low thermal conductivity. The conventional value is around 0.023W/(m・K). The insulation and heat preservation performance of PIR panels far exceeds that of EPS, XPS and ordinary rock wool.

 

The closed-cell structure can effectively prevent air convection and heat conduction. After the use of warm air ducts and central air conditioning pipes, the loss of cold and heat can be significantly reduced, and condensation and dripping can be completely avoided.

 

The insulation thickness of the panels is thin and the insulation efficiency is high. It saves installation space and is suitable for energy-saving renovations of large HVAC systems in commercial buildings, factories, and office buildings. Long-term use can significantly reduce air conditioning energy consumption and comply with building energy-saving and low-carbon standards.
