Material Structure Characteristics of PID Ductwork Panel

The PID air duct panel is an integrated prefabricated insulation panel made of hard polyurethane / isocyanurate foam as the core material, with aluminum foil or galvanized steel sheet as the surface layer on both sides.

The core material has an extremely high closed-cell ratio, with a dense and uniform structure. The surface layer has anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, and anti-aging properties. The entire panel is produced using a composite integrated molding process, without the need for additional insulation layers or protective layers later on.

Unlike traditional iron sheet air ducts that require on-site wrapping of insulation cotton and wrapping of protective layers, the PID panel integrates air duct + insulation + protection in its structure. The panel has strong toughness and is not prone to deformation. After cutting and splicing, the overall structural stability is high, and it is suitable for various building ventilation duct layouts.

Thermal insulation and energy-saving of PID Ductwork Panel

The core advantage of this product lies in its excellent insulation and heat preservation capabilities.
