PIP stands for Pre-Insulated Panel, which is a standard three-layer sandwich structure: double-sided embossed aluminum foil surface layer + high-density PIR closed-cell foam core material. The standard size is 3950×1200mm, with thicknesses of 10/20/25/30/40mm and core material density of 50kg/m³.
Core measured performance data: thermal conductivity ranges from 0.018 to 0.022W/(m・K), significantly superior to traditional glass wool at 0.035W/(m・K) and rock wool at 0.038W/(m・K); 28-day water absorption rate ≤ 1.5%, the closed-cell structure prevents water vapor penetration, with waterproof grade IP65. Long-term use has no condensation dripping problem. Compressive strength is 0.25MPa, wind pressure tolerance is ≥ 1500Pa, meeting the large ventilation capacity requirements for shopping malls and hospitals; working temperature range is -192℃ to 120℃, both cold and hot air ducts can be adapted, without defects such as high-temperature deformation or low-temperature cracking.
