What It Is and How It's Made?

This duct is a pre-insulated sandwich panel. Its core is made of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, a high-performance insulation material known for its excellent thermal properties and fire resistance. This core is permanently bonded on both sides to a protective layer of aluminum foil (or a thicker aluminum sheet for extra durability).
