The PalDuct PIR sheet adopts an advanced three-layer composite structure. The core layer is high-density polyisocyanurate (PIR) rigid foam, and the double-sided composite thickness of the embossed or smooth aluminum foil is not less than 80 micrometers.
The chemical advantages of PIR: Compared to ordinary polyurethane (PU), PIR introduces isocyanurate rings into its molecular structure. This special cyclic structure forms a solid carbonized protective layer on the surface rapidly when exposed to flames, effectively blocking oxygen diffusion and preventing the spread of the fire.
High density leads to high strength: The core material density of the product is typically controlled within 45+/-5kg/m3. This optimal density range not only ensures that the sheet has sufficient compressive and bending strength but also avoids unnecessary material costs due to excessive density.
Outstanding Thermal Insulation and Energy Saving of PalDuct PIR Foam Panel
The thermal conductivity is the most critical indicator for evaluating the insulation performance of ducts. PalDuct has significantly reduced the heat loss of the air conditioning system to an extremely low level.
