Key Performance and Technical Advantages of PUR Air Conditioning Duct Panels
Thermal insulation and energy conservation:
The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.02W/(m · k), which is only half that of EPS material. Combined with the cold bridge interface design, it meets the building energy conservation requirements of over 65%.
Safety and fire prevention: After adding flame retardants to the core material, it meets the B1 grade difficult-to-burn standard. Some products can be upgraded to A2 grade. No toxic gases are released during combustion, and the softening point exceeds 250℃.
Lightweight and high strength: The density of the board is 1.5-2.0g/cm³. The weight of a 4mm thick board is only 5.5-7.5kg per square meter. The peel strength is ≥7N/mm, and the wind pressure resistance performance is ≥ 1.5kpa
Selection Suggestions of PUR Air Conditioning Duct Panels
1.Choose according to the environment
Outdoor or high-humidity environments: Prioritize the use of 200-micron aluminum foil or color steel plate surface layers, combined with anti-mold coatings.
Clean room: Single-sided smooth aluminum foil (Ra≤0.8 μm) is used, with seamless welding at the seams.
2. Select according to the system pressure
Low-pressure system (≤1000 Pa) : 20mm thick standard plate.
Medium and high pressure system (1000-4500 Pa) : 25-30 mm thick reinforcing plate, with double-layer aluminum foil or galvanized steel plate surface layer.
3. Select in accordance with fire protection requirements
High-risk areas (such as underground garages) : A1 grade color steel plate surface layer + B1 grade core material, certified by EN 13501-1.
