product structure and material properties of PU Sandwich Duct Panel
The core material is made of high-density polyurethane (PU), which forms a closed-cell structure through foaming process with a closed-cell rate of ≥95%. This not only ensures an extremely low thermal conductivity but also has good moisture resistance, preventing condensation and mold inside the air duct.
The panel selection is highly targeted: Aluminum foil panels (thickness 0.06-0.08mm) are suitable for high-intensity demand scenarios such as industrial plants, with impact resistance and corrosion resistance. Aluminum foil panels focus on lightweight and flexibility, making them suitable for laying air ducts in complex apartment layouts.
The core material and the panel are combined with an environmentally friendly adhesive, with a bonding strength of ≥0.15 MPa, ensuring no delamination or deformation during long-term use. The structural integrity is superior to that of traditional spliced air duct materials.
