Polyurethane(PU) Pre-insulated Duct Panels consist of polyurethane (PU) insulation foam and aluminum foil on both sides. It is energy saving and environment-friendly, and widely used for HVAC duct system.
Compared with traditional galvanized Iron (steel metal) ductwork, Pre-insulated HVAC Duct has offer a high performance, light weight and robust system that requires only a single fix installation process. It had become more and more popular all over the world. According to different application or project requirement, the facing of PIR panel can be 60micron aluminum foil, 200micron aluminum sheet and pre-painted GI sheet.
