Basic Structure: It is a sandwich structured panel. The core is Polyurethane(PU/PUR) foam, which is a closed-cell insulating material. The two outer layers are aluminum sheets or aluminum foils.

Preparations before installation: The analysis point is "How to ensure that the installation foundation meets the requirements".

Solution: Before installation, it is necessary to check the direction of the air duct and the spacing of the supports. The spacing of the supports should be ≤1.5m to avoid deformation of the pipeline. Clear away the debris at the installation site to ensure that the surface of the panels is free of oil stains and damage. The joints should be kept dry and clean to enhance the bonding and sealing performance.

Installation and construction specifications: The analysis points are "Core installation steps and quality control points".

Solution: ① When splicing, align the mortise and tenon structure and fix it with special clips to ensure that the splicing gap is ≤1mm; ② Special elbow fittings are used at the pipe turns to prevent damage to the insulation layer caused by on-site cutting. ③ Flexible sealing gaskets should be used at the connection points with the equipment to reduce sealing failure caused by vibration transmission.

Maintenance and repair: The analysis point is "How to extend service life and handle faults in a timely manner".

Solution: ① Regularly (1-2 times a year) check the aluminum foil panel for scratches or corrosion. If any damage is found, repair it promptly with special aluminum foil tape. ② Clean the accumulated dust inside the pipes to avoid affecting the ventilation efficiency and insulation effect. After a long period of non-use, it is necessary to check whether the insulation layer is damp. If condensation occurs, the sealing performance should be investigated and drying treatment carried out.

Environmental protection indicators: The analysis point is "whether the product complies with domestic and international environmental protection standards".

Solution: The product has passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The PU foam raw material does not contain Freon and complies with the requirements of the Montreal Protocol. VOC emissions are ≤0.5mg/m³, meeting the EU REACH regulation and the Chinese GB/T 18583-2008 standard, and can be used in green building and LEED certification projects.

Safety performance: The analysis points are "flame retardancy, fire prevention and usage safety".

Solution: The flame retardant grade of the product reaches B1 level, with an oxygen index of ≥32%, and no toxic gases are released during combustion. Aluminum foil panels are non-combustible and can effectively prevent the spread of flames. The product contains no toxic or harmful substances. During use, it has no odor and no radiation, ensuring the health and safety of construction workers and users.

Recycling and utilization: The analysis point is "environmental protection treatment methods at the end of the product life cycle".

Solution: Aluminum foil panels can be 100% recycled and reused. PU foam, after professional treatment, can be transformed into renewable materials or energy, with a recycling rate of over 85%, which meets the requirements of circular economy development and reduces environmental burdens.
