PU Pre-insulated Foam Ductwork is an integrated air duct system with rigid polyurethane foam as the core insulation layer, combined with protective facings on both sides. It features excellent thermal insulation, low air leakage, and lightweight construction, widely used in HVAC systems for commercial buildings, industrial workshops, clean rooms and shopping malls.

Construction and Application of PU Pre-insulated Foam Ductwork
This product is in the form of prefabricated panels. It can be directly cut, plugged, and bonded on-site according to the project drawings, without the need for secondary insulation layer wrapping on-site. The construction process is significantly simplified.
The overall weight is light, with low pressure on the building structure, and the lifting difficulty is low. It can effectively shorten the construction period, especially suitable for renovation projects, high-rise buildings, and projects with tight schedules.
Standardized panels reduce on-site processing errors, and the duct joint sealing performance is better. The air leakage rate is much lower than that of traditional ducts, which can improve the actual air supply efficiency of the air conditioning system and reduce the operating load of the fan.
