Product Structure and Basic Physical Parameters of PU Air Conditioning Duct Board

PU Air Conditioning Duct Board is a sandwich-type integrated core panel. The core material is high-density rigid PUR closed-cell polyurethane foam, and the double-sided composite embossed aluminum foil protective layer is used. There is no layering or cold bridge hazard. The core standard parameters are as follows:
Standard size: 2900/3950 × 1200mm, conventional thicknesses 10/20/25/30/40mm;
Foam density: 50kg/m³, closed-cell ratio ≥ 95%;
Compressive strength 0.25MPa, bending strength 2MPa, dimensional change rate only 0.3%;
The aluminum foil surface layer can be selected as 60/80μm anti-corrosion aluminum foil or 150-200μm thick aluminum sheet suitable for outdoor conditions.

The integrated molding process eliminates the multi-layer gaps of traditional iron sheet ducts + outer wrapping insulation. The panel is completed with structural and insulation composite upon leaving the factory, and the stability of the base material is much better than the secondary wrapping of insulation materials on-site.
