Composite structure reinforcement: As shown in the figure, the grey surface layer of the board is closely combined with the PIR core material, which not only enhances the mechanical strength of the board (capable of withstanding mechanical impacts during construction or use), but also improves its weather resistance - under complex environments such as sun exposure, rain, and temperature differences between day and night, its performance deteriorates slowly, and its service life can reach several decades.

PIR foam is a flame-retardant material. High-quality products can achieve a fire resistance rating of B1 or even higher (in accordance with GB 8624 "Classification of Fire Performance of Building Materials and Products").

When burning, it generates low heat and produces little smoke, effectively slowing down the spread of fire and buying time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue. It is especially suitable for scenarios with high fire protection requirements such as residential areas, commercial complexes, and hospitals.

Environmental protection in production: During the production of high-quality PIR insulation boards, the emission of harmful substances such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is strictly controlled to reduce pollution to the environment.
