Standard size
Thickness: 10-40 mm (commonly 20-30 mm), special thicknesses can be customized (such as 50 mm for cold storage).
Panel size: 3950× 1200mm, 2950× 1200mm, etc., supports non-standard size cutting.
The cross-section of the air duct: rectangular (200× 100mm to 2000× 1000mm), circular (φ100-φ 600mm), and can process special-shaped parts such as elbows and tees.
Packaging and Transportation
10 sheets per box. A 40-foot container can hold 660 sheets (3950×1200× 20mm) or 880 sheets (2950×1200× 20mm).
II.Environment and Service Life of Polyurethane Foam Pre-insulated Boards
Fluorine-free (CFC/ HCFC-free), formaldehyde-free, and free benzene-free, the all-water foaming technology complies with the EU RoHS directive.
Recyclability: PIR foam and metal surface layer can be separated and recycled, reducing waste.
Under normal usage conditions, the service life is ≥20 years, and the surface coating can be extended to more than 25 years. For instance, the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of aluminum foil can resist the erosion of acid rain and industrial waste gas.
