UNT HVAC PIR Pre-insulated Duct Panel is composed of a 20mm thick rigid closed-cell PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam core, laminated on both sides with 60/80 micron embossed aluminum foil. The surface aluminum foil is coated with a 2g/㎡ corrosion-resistant epoxy varnish, ensuring durability and protection in harsh environments.

This PIR Duct Panel is a high-performance insulation material featuring excellent thermal insulation, fire resistance, and structural strength. It is widely used in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) duct systems, providing energy-saving, fireproof, and efficient air distribution.

Moreover, PIR Rigid Foam Duct features a simple and efficient fabrication process, including tracing, cutting, folding, taping, gluing, and profile reinforcement, which ensures fast installation and neat appearance.
