Composite Material For Air Ducts

Composite Material For Air Ducts

Details
Composite materials for air ducts are new environmentally friendly materials developed specifically for modern HVAC systems. Through multi-layer composite technology and combined with integrally cast polyurethane core boards, they achieve comprehensive performance that is difficult for traditional single materials to simultaneously possess.

Composite Material For Air Ducts

This Composite Material For Air Ducts adopts a multi-layer composite structure: The substrate surface layer takes aluminum foil/steel plate as the framework to form a high-strength matrix, with a maximum operating temperature of 80℃; the insulation layer is made of closed-cell foamed polyurethane, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/(m·K), saving 30% energy compared with traditional thermal insulation materials and effectively reducing the risk of air duct condensation; the inner layer of the functional coating is an antibacterial nano-coating with an antibacterial rate > 99%, and the outer layer is covered with a weather-resistant PVDF film that can resist ultraviolet rays and acid-alkali erosion, making it suitable for humid or industrially polluted areas.

The Advantages of Composite material for air ducts

Ultimate lightweight: With a density only 1/5 that of traditional galvanized steel sheets, it significantly reduces building structural load, as well as installation energy consumption and transportation costs.

Whole-life cycle economy: Its anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties extend the service life to more than 20 years (the average service life of traditional materials is 8-12 years), reducing the comprehensive maintenance cost by over 40%.

Dual certification for environmental protection and safety: It adopts a formaldehyde-free formula, meets flame-retardant standards, produces low smoke and no toxicity when burned, and ensures the safety of indoor air quality.

Recycling Rate Detachable for recycling and regeneration Requires paint removal treatment, 60% recycling rate Non - renewable

This Composite material for air ducts breaks the industry pain points of "being unable to achieve both strength and lightweight" and "difficult to balance thermal insulation and fire resistance" through material innovation. It has been applied in over 2000 large-scale projects worldwide, including benchmark projects such as GOLD COAST UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL and Baoji High-Speed Railway, and has become the preferred material for the ventilation systems of green buildings.
