PIR pre-insulated ducts drastically reduce condensation risks thanks to outstanding thermal insulation and fully airtight aluminum foil facings. Boasting ultra-low thermal conductivity, the PIR foam equalizes temperatures between the duct exterior and internal airflow. This minimizes the temperature difference between duct surfaces and surrounding air, preventing duct walls from dropping beneath the dew point-the main cause of condensation.

In addition, fully enclosed aluminum foil layers block external moisture penetration, while precision-fabricated joints eliminate air leakage.
