Production and Installation of PIR Foam Pre-insulated Ductwork
Two production methods are adopted for PIR foam pre-insulated ductwork: factory continuous foaming and on-site spray foaming.
Factory-produced panels feature consistent density and precise dimensions, fully complying with large-scale standardized production and uniform construction criteria.
On-site spray foaming is tailored for custom duct sections and intricate building structures. The sprayed PIR foam bonds tightly to substrates with no insulation gaps, a unique advantage that sets it apart from conventional insulation materials.
