PIR Ducting Boards

PIR Ducting Boards (also known as PIR pre-insulated duct panel) are prefabricated pre-insulated panels purpose-built for high-performance HVAC duct systems. The core is rigid Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, valued for excellent thermal behaviour and flame retardancy.

Composition & Structure

The panel is a composite with a sandwich layout: Core Material PIR foam serves as the thermal insulation core, providing high thermal resistance and structural strength with low weight.

Facings Airtight protective layers attached to both sides:

80 μm Aluminum Foil: standard for general indoor use

200 μm Aluminum Sheet: higher strength for outdoor applications
