Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Pre-insulated Duct Panels consist of Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation foam and aluminum foil or aluminum sheet on both sides. It is energy saving and environment-friendly, and widely used for HVAC duct system.
Compared with traditional galvanized Iron (steel metal) ductwork, Pre-insulated HVAC Duct has offer a high performance, light weight and robust system that requires only a single fix installation process. According to different application or project requirement, the facing of PIR panel can be 60micron aluminum foil, 200micron aluminum sheet and pre-painted GI sheet.
