PIR ALU Duct Board is a high-performance, all-in-one pre-insulated HVAC duct panel designed as a modern, efficient alternative to traditional galvanized sheet metal ductwork. It consists of a rigid, closed‑cell Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam core permanently bonded to double‑sided aluminum foil facings, integrating duct structure, thermal insulation, air barrier and vapor barrier into one single panel. This factory-engineered system delivers superior energy efficiency, faster installation, better air quality and longer service life for modern HVAC air distribution systems.
