Polyisocyanurate(PIR) Foam Pre-Insulated HVAC Ductwork Panel is a high-performance, all-in-one solution designed for modern heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The PIP Aluminum Sheet adopts a sandwich composite structure: an outer layer of high-purity aluminum foil + an inner closed-cell insulation core material, formed through integrated continuous molding.
Aluminum surface layer: low density, high strength, corrosion-resistant. The surface forms a dense oxide film, resistant to moisture, salt spray, and acid-base, and does not rust over a long period of use.
Core layer: high closed-cell ratio, low thermal conductivity, stable insulation, non-absorbent, non-deformable, avoiding the failure problem of traditional insulation materials due to moisture absorption.
Composite process: no joint gaps, strong integrity, eliminating cold and hot bridges and air leakage, improving system sealingness and energy efficiency.
