Product structure
The pre-insulated aluminum air duct sheet adopts an advanced sandwich structure design. The middle layer is rigid polyisocyanurate foam (PIR foam) with excellent flame retardant performance. This foam material is not only lightweight but also can effectively insulate heat.
Both sides are covered with aluminum foil, which has been treated with a special antibacterial coating. This not only ensures the sturdiness of the board but also endows it with excellent corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life of the product.
Performance advantage
Outstanding thermal insulation performance: The thermal conductivity of the PIR foam layer in the middle is extremely low, typically only around 0.021W/(m · K), which can significantly reduce heat transfer during the transportation of cold and hot air in the air conditioning system, lower energy consumption, and enhance the energy efficiency of the air conditioning system.
Outstanding fire resistance: PIR foam has excellent flame-retardant properties. It is not easy to burn when exposed to fire and does not produce a large amount of toxic smoke, providing a strong guarantee for the fire safety of buildings.
Excellent air sealing performance: The aluminum foil layer tightly wraps the foam layer in the middle, making the air ducts made of air duct plates have excellent air sealing performance and can effectively prevent air leakage.
Antibacterial and hygienic: The antibacterial coating on the surface of the aluminum foil can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold and viruses, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the conveyed air.
Sound absorption and noise reduction: The structure and properties of the material endow it with certain sound absorption and noise reduction functions, which can effectively reduce the noise generated during the operation of the air conditioning system and create a quiet and comfortable indoor environment.
Application field
Due to its excellent performance, pre-insulated aluminum duct plates are widely used in ventilation and air conditioning systems of various buildings such as commercial buildings, industrial plants, public facilities and residences.
Specification parameters
The common thickness of pre-insulated aluminum duct plates is generally 20mm to 40mm, and the density is around 45 to 55 ±2kg/m³. The thickness of aluminium foil is usually 60 to 80 microns, and it comes in different types such as double-sided embossed or one side embossed and the other smooth.
The standard size of the sheet is generally 3950mm (length) ×1200mm (width), but other sizes can also be customized according to customer requirements. It has a wide operating temperature range, from -60 ℃ to + 80℃, and can adapt to various harsh weather conditions.
Installation and maintenance
The pre-insulated aluminum air duct sheet is lightweight, weighing only about 1.35 kilograms per square meter, which significantly reduces the difficulty and cost of transportation and installation.
The installation process is simple and fast, and the construction efficiency is several times higher than that of traditional air ducts. The product has a long service life of about 20 years, reducing the trouble and cost caused by frequent replacement.
