Product Definition and Structure of PUR Duct Panel

PUR Duct Panel (Polyurethane Prefabricated Insulated Air Duct Panel) is an efficient composite air duct material specially developed for modern HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems.

It adopts a sandwich structure of "aluminum foil + rigid PUR foam + aluminum foil", with factory prefabrication integrating insulation, sealing, and structural strength. No secondary insulation construction is required at the site.

Core Material: High-density rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam, with a closed-cell ratio of ≥95%, density approximately 50 kg/m³.
Surface Layer: Double-sided 60–80 micrometer anti-corrosion aluminum foil, smooth or embossed treatment, air-tight, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant.
Standard Specifications: 3950mm × 1200mm × 20mm, customizable thickness and size.
