PUR Air Duct Sheet

This product is a sandwich-type integrated core panel. The core material is high-density rigid PUR closed-cell polyurethane foam, and the double-sided composite embossed aluminum foil protective layer is used. There is no layering or cold bridge hazard. The core standard parameters are as follows:
Standard size: 2900/3950 × 1200mm, conventional thicknesses 10/20/25/30/40mm;
Foam density: 50kg/m³, closed-cell ratio ≥ 95%;
Compressive strength 0.25MPa, bending strength 2MPa, dimensional change rate only 0.3%;
The aluminum foil surface layer can be selected as 60/80μm anti-corrosion aluminum foil or 150-200μm thick aluminum sheet suitable for outdoor conditions.

The integrated molding process eliminates the multi-layer gaps of traditional iron sheet ducts + outer wrapping insulation. The panel is completed with structural and insulation composite upon leaving the factory, and the stability of the base material is much better than the secondary wrapping of insulation materials on-site.

The traditional sheet metal duct construction process involves 7 steps: cutting → bending → joining → hoisting → external insulation application → sealing; while the PUR duct only has 3 steps: cutting, bonding, and hoisting. The construction period is shortened by 50% - 60%:
The labor cost is reduced by 40%, and the need for insulation wrapping and adhesive sealing by hand is eliminated;
There is no need to purchase separate insulation cotton or protective layer auxiliary materials, and the comprehensive material procurement cost is decreased by 22%;
There is no dust on the site and less waste, and the acceptance period is shortened.

The sheet material can be cut, bent into elbows, changed in diameter, and made into irregular air outlets on-site, which is suitable for complex spaces such as narrow ceilings and equipment voids, reducing the prefabrication cycle of irregular parts on-site.
