Aluminium Faced PU HVAC Duct is a modern, pre-insulated ductwork system used for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

 

What is it Made Of?

This duct is a sandwich panel with three key layers:

 

Aluminum Facings:Both inner and outer sides are clad with aluminum foil or aluminum sheet, delivering a smooth, clean and anti-corrosion surface. Standard indoor aluminum foil measures 60–80 microns. For harsh working conditions or outdoor use, thicker aluminum panels or extra protective coatings can be adopted.

 

Polyurethane (PU) Foam Core: The middle rigid polyurethane foam core functions as the core thermal insulation layer. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, the duct panel gains excellent waterproof capability and effective sound insulation.

 

Environmentally Friendly Foam: The polyurethane foam contains no CFCs or HCFCs that damage the ozone layer, achieving eco-friendly production.
