PU Insulated Duct Panel
PU Insulated Duct Panel features a sandwich structure of protective surface layer + core insulation layer. All layers work synergistically for insulation, protection and structural strength, with strict material selection and process control ensuring stable overall performance:
Core insulation layer: CFC/HCFC-free closed-cell PU foam (40-50kg/m³), eco-friendly. High closed-cell rate blocks heat transfer & water vapor penetration, with good sound/shock insulation. Thermal conductivity as low as 0.02-0.021W/(m·K), insulation efficiency far superior to traditional materials.
Double-sided protective layer: 80-200μm aluminum foil/sheet (embossed optional), with corrosion resistance, anti-aging and fire retardancy. Protects core foam from damage and erosion, boosts duct air tightness, reduces air leakage and improves HVAC energy efficiency. Smooth surface for easy maintenance, ideal for clean applications. Eco-friendly adhesives used, formaldehyde-free.
