Product Structure and Basic Physical Parameters of Pre-insulated Rigid foam Ductwork

This product adopts a premium sandwich-style integrated core panel structure. It features a core of high-density rigid PUR closed-cell polyurethane foam, clad with embossed aluminum foil protective layers on both sides. The panel delivers excellent structural integrity with no delamination risks and zero cold bridge formation.

Mechanical Properties: Compressive strength of 0.25MPa, flexural strength of 2MPa, and a dimensional change rate of merely 0.3%

Thanks to the integral one-piece molding process, this panel completely eliminates the multi-layer gaps commonly found in traditional iron sheet air ducts with on-site wrapped insulation. Finished with integrated structural and thermal insulation functions in factory production, the panel boasts far superior substrate stability compared to conventional solutions that rely on secondary on-site insulation wrapping.
