The core of this system is a sandwich panel with a specific structure :

Core: A rigid layer of polyurethane (PU) foam, which serves as the primary thermal and acoustic insulator. This foam has a closed-cell structure, which also contributes to its moisture resistance.

Facings: Both sides of the PU foam core are bonded with protective and reinforcement layers.
