with Aluminium Foil is an integrated, high-performance solution for HVAC air distribution systems, designed to combine insulation, protection, and airtightness in one structure.

Core Structure & Key Specifications

It adopts a sandwich design:

Inner Core: Dense closed-cell polyurethane (PU) foam, typically 10–40mm thick. The foam has a density of 45–55 kg/m³ and ultra-low thermal conductivity (0.020–0.022 W/m·K), the core for thermal insulation.

Outer Layers: High-quality aluminium foil (0.06–0.08mm thick) bonded to both sides of the PU core. The foil can be plain, embossed, or colored (e.g., white) for different aesthetic and functional needs.

Its working temperature range is -100℃ to +80℃ (continuous operation ≤70℃), and it meets airtightness standards with leakage rates <2%-far lower than traditional metal ducts.

Yes, free small sample pieces can be sent out. You just need to pay the express fee.

(2) How many sheets can put in one 40ft container?
40ft container usually can load 660 sheets of size 3950*1200*20mm, or 880 sheets of size 2950*1200*20mm.

(3) What is your delivery date, and from which sea port?
For one 40ft container, we can usually delivery it within one week after receiving the deposit.
We usually ship it from Xiamen Port, China, which is in Fujian Province.
